Members ("Buyers" or "Sellers") are solely responsible and liable for their own respective User Profiles, the
information (or description) contained therein and any activities that take place between them.
1.2 Changes to the Service
Timerr is entitled to change the Service or part of it at any time. Timerr shall endeavor to inform you (the User) in advance of any material changes adversely affecting your use of the Service. If you do not wish to use the changed Service, you may terminate your use of the Service and this Agreement effective as of the date on which the changes would take effect by informing Timerr of such termination prior to the date.
Owing to the nature of the internet, we cannot guarantee that this website or the websites to which it is linked

The Timerr website is hosted on the Sharetribe platform. The role of Sharetribe in respect to the Marketplace and Content is that of a hosting service provider pursuant to the Directive 2000/31/EC of the European
Parliament and of the Council on Electronic Commerce. Members of the Marketplace agree that Sharetribe may disable the Service or part of it, following Sharetribe's receipt of a take down notice or for any other
3 Fees and Payment terms
Timerr may charge Members the mutually agreed fees for the use of the Service. If any fees are chargeable for the Service, they shall be charged on a "per transaction" basis or at any other mutually agreed intervals.
Timerr allows all users to use their PayPal
business or premier account to buy or accept payments for services on the Marketplace.
If you choose to utilize PayPal , you will be charged a fee of 5% of the transaction value (or £1.50, whichever is greater) as a processing fee by Timerr and then an additional 3% approximately from PayPal . These are the only fees you will be charged for using PayPal.

If you choose to utilize Stripe, you will be charged a fee of 5% of the transaction value (or £1.50, whichever is greater) as a processing fee by Timerr. This is the only fee you will be charged for using Stripe.
The above mentioned levels of commission charged by Timerr are promotional and apply only until the 31/12/2020. Timerr reserves the right to modify the level of commission it charges its members beyond that date.
The commission charged by PayPal and Stripe are out of Timerr's control, therefore are unaffected by this. For up-to-date information on their commission structure, please refer to their respective websites.
Refunds and cancellations will be on a case by case basis. Whenever you list a service clearly identify if you have cancellation policy and, if you do, the terms. Buyers should notify Sellers as quickly as possible if they need to cancel or refund. We are not responsible for refunds or cancellation and do not offer a guarantee so we can only refund the payment from PayPal with both parties consent.
As the administrator of the Marketplace, Timerr is responsible for ensuring that the personal data relating to the users of the Marketplace is collected and processed in accordance with applicable laws.
If you supply us with personal details through this website, you consent to us maintaining, recording,

The processing of personal data in this case is based on the agreement between the Customer and Timerr . This concerns, for example, the data collected during the signing up for the Service, during the use of the Service and the technical data needed to run the Service in a secure manner and communications with Users.

Timerr may occasionally send its Members (and End-Users when the relevant personal data has been collected by Timerr itself) email to inform about new features, solicit feedback, or provide information on what is going on within Timerr and its products, as well as the various Members offering services on the Timerr platform. We base this on our legitimate interest to provide Users with relevant information as part of the Services and to promote our Services.

We always work to make our Services better. Therefore, we may use the User's data to improve the Services. We base this processing on our legitimate interest to grow and develop. Timerr may also collect technical data for statistical purposes to compile anonymous, aggregated statistics, such as about the most popular services or categories of services. Timerr may display information publicly to others in an aggregate format that does not reveal statistics of any single Member ( or Customer ). Timerr does not disclose personal data other than as described below.

Transfer of personal data outside of EU/EEA
When necessary and to the extent required for the successful provision of the Services, personal data may be transferred to third parties outside of EU/EEA. We may use third party cookies for statistical purposes to compile anonymous, aggregated statistics, such as to estimate number of Users and detect which parts of the Service Users find most useful, and identify features that could be improved. The technical usage information (including IP address) generated by the cookie about use of the Service is transmitted to such third parties to compile statistical reports.
